This week, we hosted a short webinar to offer a closer look at some of our preparations for the two biggest shopping days of the year – Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
In most of our webinars, we focus on the release of new apps and features that you can see and work with in the Bronto Marketing Platform. But this time around, we chose to highlight the tremendous amount of engineering effort that goes on behind the scenes to make sure the platform scales and continues to perform as we grow. It’s not something we talk about very often, but it is of the utmost importance, particularly at this time of year. And we were lucky to have Erik Morse, our VP of Engineering, share these insights with us.
The session focused on some key improvements to the platform, including an enhanced infrastructure, a new tracking service, improvements in contact management, and more efficient workflow processing. Check out the replay to hear all the latest!
