A little extra stress during the holidays is inevitable. That’s why we’re here to help you crush your holiday marketing. Bronto’s support team will be available during our regular business hours with a reduced staff this Thanksgiving and with a full team on Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

That means our strategic guidance and award-winning customer support is only a phone call away, even when the game is on and the bird is in the oven. In addition, you can access our Knowledge Base anytime to find the answers you need quickly.

If you need a refresher, here’s a guide to the wide variety of Bronto Support services that are available.

The Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base inside the Bronto Marketing Platform is a great place to start if you have a question about platform features, integrations, reporting and related topics. We recently rebuilt our Knowledge Base with a fresh new design to make it even easier to find what you’re looking for. You can access the Knowledge Base by logging into your account and clicking the “Help” link at the top right of the banner.

The link will take you to a topic related to the Bronto Marketing Platform page you’re currently on. Looking for something else? No problem. Use the new context-sensitive table of contents or search to find what you need.

Technical Support

If you need additional assistance, we’ve got you covered. Our award-winning technical support team can help answer questions you have about the Bronto platform, deliverability issues, basic API issues and more. If you need custom API work, we’ve got you covered there, too! Please reach out to your AM to create a plan to work with our experts in Professional Services.

  • 12 a.m. Monday – 9 p.m. EST Friday

Emergency phone support:

  • To report an application outage (Bronto Marketing Platform is unavailable or your use of it is severely restricted) outside of support hours, dial 1-888-276-6861 or 1-919-595-2500. Choose option 2 for support, then choose option 2 to report the emergency.

Account Management

Your account manager is here to ensure your marketing runs smoothly this Thanksgiving (when it comes to turkey fryer maintenance, though, you’re on your own).
