We are excited to announce that Oracle + Bronto Vice President of Marketing Susan Wall is a 2017 Triangle Business Journal C-Suite Award winner! The award honors outstanding C-Level executives for their contributions to the Triangle community. So, naturally, she was a shoo-in!
Wall and 11 others were honored today at an awards ceremony at the Umstead Hotel and Spa in Cary, North Carolina, and featured in a special edition of the Triangle Business Journal.
“I’m proud and thrilled to be named a 2017 Triangle Business Journal C-Suite Award winner,” said Wall. “Individual awards are not something I seek, so to be nominated and recognized by my peers is truly an honor.”
Awards such as these are only given to those with a proven track record of outstanding leadership. Throughout her career, which includes executive positions at The New York Times, Hearst and Nielsen, she has always exhibited a deep passion for what she does. It’s a fundamental part of who she is and has helped her achieve great success over the years.
While she has contributed to several important Bronto initiatives, Wall has been integral in steering the organization through two major acquisitions – all while helping us maintain our unique, employee-focused culture.
In terms of organizational success, she has spearheaded the implementation and refinement of a complex yet successful revenue cycle methodology. Where others organizations struggle, Wall has had tremendous success bringing departments together and aligning business goals across multiple departments.
Commitment to Community
Though leading Bronto’s marketing team is no small task, Wall still volunteers her time as Executive Sponsor of OWL (Oracle Women in Leadership), a group focused on creating a better, more empowering work environment for everyone.
She also dedicates her spare time to the community, serving as Executive Sponsor for Bronto’s Community Committee, which organizes opportunities for all employees to give back to the local community. And she’s also personally involved with Urban Ministries of Durham and the Diaper Bank of North Carolina.
We have a long-standing tradition of award-winning leaders, products and services, and Susan Wall is yet another shining example of that proud legacy. Through constant collaboration and relentless enthusiasm – she recently coined the term ABAB (Always Be A Bronto) – Wall’s immeasurable contribution to the success of Bronto, our partners, our clients and our outstanding company culture is truly inspiring. We couldn’t be more proud of her!
