We are excited and honored to announce that our team has won not one, but three Golden Bridge Awards®: two silver and one gold.
It’s been a busy summer for our award-winning team, with a recent Stevie® Award for Recommendations Premium and a Bronze win for Customer Service & Contact Center Department of the Year in the annual 2017 Customer Sales and Service Awards.
But these awards are no surprise when you work with a team as amazing and hard working as ours. We have a long history of award-winning leaders, products and services and we’re thrilled to support our dream team.

The Golden Bridge Awards® are an annual industry and peer recognition program honoring best companies in every major industry from large to small and new start-ups in North America, Europe, Middle-East, Africa, Asia-Pacific, and Latin-America, across multiple categories, including Best New Products and Services, Best Innovations, Management and Teams, Women in Business and the Professions, Case Studies, Customer Satisfaction, and PR and Marketing Campaigns from all over the world. Silvers and Gold
General Manager Carolyn Sparano was awarded the Silver for Female Executive of the Year – Information Technology Software. Sparano, having successfully helped guide Bronto through two major acquisitions, was recognized for her exemplary leadership and for her dedication to women succeeding in the workplace, as well as for her commitment to our continued success.
Kristen Gregory Morales, senior director of client services, was awarded the Silver for Customer Service Department of the Year – Information Technology Software. Morales skillfully leads the customer service department based on our commitment to being the leading cloud-based commerce marketing automation platform. “It’s an honor for our team to win. We know a positive customer experience goes beyond simply providing retailers with the right tools for success – it extends to providing the right level of support. We’re committed to phenomenal customer service, whether that be answering technical questions, providing strategic advice, integrating systems or creating customer campaigns. Ensuring our clients’ success is our top priority,” Morales says.
Our Support Team continues to receive recognition for its award-winning work. Dan Bakley, senior manager, technical support client services, was awarded the Gold for Support Team of the Year. Bakley leads the support team through smart hiring and continual improvements to the support systems – along with teamwork. Naturally. “Our team is thrilled to be a Gold winner in the Golden Bridge Awards®. It’s a testament to the hard work and dedication that come from wanting to provide the best support possible – and it wouldn’t be possible without everyone on our team, or without our fantastic customers,” Bakley says
