We’re excited to announce new additions to our educational webcast series!

“Bronto Intermediate”, our new educational webcast, debuts next Thursday, January 18 at 3PM EST. This webcast will cover advanced topics that will help increase your email marketing effectiveness, such as segmentation, surveys, and reporting groups.

We will present “Bronto Intermediate” every other Thursday at 3PM EST.

Additionally, we’ve repackaged our recurring Wednesday webcast as “Bronto Basic”. This webcast will focus on the fundamentals and will be most useful for new customers in need of a product orientation or existing customers that need to brush up on the basics.

We will present “Bronto Basic” every Wednesday at 2PM EST.

Stay tuned to the announcements in your account for webcast and dial-in details.

Just a quick note. The 2006/2007 Bronto Customer Advisory Board (or BCAB) convenes for a conference call this Thursday afternoon.

I’ll post a complete recap later this week. (Read the November call recap.)

Reporting Groups

Reporting Groups enable you to build custom reporting that aggregates and compares delivery statistics.

For example, you might create a Reporting Group that contains all of your “Monthly Newsletters” so that you can assess your performance over time. Or perhaps you want to roll up reporting for all of your email campaigns for the month of December. Reporting Groups make it easy.

• Create multiple Reporting Groups.
  
• View aggregate and average statistics.
• Compare opens, click-throughs, turnover, and conversions per delivery.

• Add a delivery to a Reporting Group.

New Hosting Interface

The new Hosting tab interface simplifies file management and provides a new “Recently Modified” view that allows quick access to recent files.

• Browse and manage hosted files.
  
• Upload multiple files.

Merge

Use the Merge feature to combine multiple lists and/or segments into a new list. Or, save a segment as a new list.

New Reporting Category - Turnover

The new “Turnover” metric aggregates all contacts lost in a mailing - either by unsubscribe or complaint. The metric appears in delivery reporting to display lost contacts as a percentage of those that received the mailing and also as a percentage of your total number of active contacts.

Turnover numbers will also display in Reporting Group charts and graphs.

New Contact Notification

Configure Bronto to send a notification to you - or to someone else - each time a contact completes a web form.
